Experienced embedded software engineer at Create it REAL

Located in central Aalborg, Create it REAL is at the forefront of 3D printing technology, focusing on solutions that make a difference in people's lives with solutions for custom orthopedic products. We develop both hardware and software to support this. We are currently scaling up and offer an exciting opportunity for an embedded software engineer to join our team. Job tasks

• Write and maintain embeddd software for 3D printers and peripherals.
• Maintain and evolve the architecture of our current embedded software codebase. 
• Optimize the embedded software for performance & memory usage.
• Develop and execute release and test plans to validate embedded software functionality and performance.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to state-of-the-art 3d printing technology. 

Your competences

Most important

• Years of experience in C/C++
• Experience working with FreeRTOS
• Experience working with STM32 chips and tools
• Experience with ESP32 WiFi module

Also important

• Can drive feature development and take it to the finish line
• Can understand customer requests and work with your team to propose solutions
• Can turn customer support tickets into working fixes or workarounds
• Make clean design and software concepts
• Produce robust, reliable, and tested code
