The Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability (DTU Biosustain) at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) aims at developing new knowledge and technologies to help facilitate the transformation from the existing oil-based chemical industry to a more sustainable bio-based society in which chemicals are produced biologically. The Biofoundry Analytics Team is providing reliable and accurate analytical services for the entire DTU Biosustain by means of state-of-the-art analytical techniques. We are now seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join the team in providing DTU Biosustain with professional analytical services.
The job
As a Laboratory Technician in the Biofoundry Analytics Team you will be part of a dynamic international team where you will be supporting the on-going activities and projects. You will be reporting directly to the Head of Analytics and your immediate responsibilities will be:
Your qualifications
You have an education as a Laboratory Technician or similar. In addition, you have experience:
We are seeking a well-organized individual with a keen interest in maintaining a structured laboratory environment. You have the ability to remain calm in a hectic setting.
You possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. As our primary language of communication is English you have excellent proficiency in both spoken and written English. Additionally, you have experience using MS Office.

Salary and appointment terms
The salary and appointment terms are in accordance with the OAO-S Joint Agreement and the organization agreement for Office Clerks, Laboratory Technicians and IT staff (HK/stat).
The position is a full-time position with a preferred starting date 1 April 2025 (or according to mutual agreement).
The place of work is the Novo Nordisk Foundation Center for Biosustainability (DTU Biosustain), DTU Lyngby Campus.
