Key Responsibilities:
- Sandblasting: You will be responsible for sandblasting vehicles to remove old paint and prepare surfaces for priming and painting.
- Prepping and Sanding: Ensure that vehicles are correctly prepped and sanded, providing a smooth and clean surface ready for painting.
- Handling and Adjusting: Safely handle, position, and adjust vehicle components in preparation for painting.
- Masking and Protecting: Properly mask and cover vehicle areas that do not require painting to ensure precision and quality.
- Painting Preparation: Apply primers and coatings efficiently, ensuring even and durable finishes.
- Potential Workshop Management: Depending on experience and leadership ability, there may be an opportunity to take on responsibilities related to managing the paint workshop, including overseeing the workflow and ensuring quality standards.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: While no formal education is required, experience is essential. We are seeking individuals with a solid background in auto or industrial painting, specifically with hands-on experience in sandblasting, prepping, and sanding.
- Attention to Detail: A strong eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team environment and contribute to a productive and positive workplace.
- Adaptability: You should be comfortable working on different types of vehicles and handling various challenges related to surface preparation and painting.
