As a Facility Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's facilities, while also managing recruitment and quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for facility staff, ensuring a high standard of candidates for our clients.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure that the services provided meet the agreed quality standards and address any issues or improvements.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
- Staff Management: Oversee the performance of on-site staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
- Compliance: Ensure that all work carried out complies with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
- Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on facility performance, staffing levels, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in facility management, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
- Proficiency in using relevant software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
