Facility manager

Are you an experienced Facility Manager with a passion for recruitment, quality assurance, and customer service? At Vikar-Alliancen ApS, we are looking for a proactive and organized individual to join our dynamic team. As a Facility Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's facilities, while also managing recruitment and quality control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for facility staff, ensuring a high standard of candidates for our clients.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visits to client sites to ensure that the services provided meet the agreed quality standards and address any issues or improvements.
• Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns and maintaining strong relationships to ensure satisfaction.
• Staff Management: Oversee the performance of on-site staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and customer requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure that all work carried out complies with health and safety regulations and other legal requirements.
• Reporting: Provide regular feedback and reports on facility performance, staffing levels, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in facility management, recruitment, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices.
• Proficiency in using relevant software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
