The position
In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

• Planning and executing projects with focus on facility changes
• Preparing validation documentation
• Ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Communicating and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders/contractors.

Twice a year you will be part of the factory production stop where you will supervise the implementation phase of projects, which usually fall in July/August and December/January requiring increased flexibility.

Now and in the coming years, we encounter a need for great changes and equipment optimizations, providing a unique opportunity to help shape the future setup in our area.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate has excellent communication and collaboration skills and thrives in a dynamic and challenging environment.

To be considered for the job, we would like you to have:

• Relevant technical background, e.g., a degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management (Bygningskonstruktør), Mechanical engineering or similar
• A minimum of two years of experience in work related to project management or validation
• Knowledge of GMP and LEAN is considered an advantage but not a requirement
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is considered an advantage but not a requirement
• Strong English skills, as we work in an international environment. Danish will be considered an advantage.

About the department
You will be part of Aseptic Manufacturing, Site Bagsværd (AM BA), an aseptic filling factory with approximately 800 employees producing marketed insulin, GLP-1, and weight-reducing products for the benefit of patients worldwide. The Facility/Utility Projects team is responsible for maintaining and ensuring project implementation within WFI, clean steam, compressed air, ventilation (HVAC), as well as improvements and refurbishments of the production facility.
