Fast track to Financial Controller

Wallhack is a fast-growing eSports scale-up located in Copenhagen.

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive student to join our finance team. In this role, you will be instrumental in managing daily financial operations, executing month-end procedures, and preparing and evaluating financial reports. Your insights and analysis will be crucial in guiding strategic decisions and evaluating potential financial initiatives. Additionally, you will handle various administrative tasks as needed, contributing to the overall efficiency of our financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with bookkeeping and general ledger management

• Perform the month-end closing procedures and the creation and presentation of financial reports

• Analyze financial data and provide insights for optimization and decision-making

• Assist with forecasting and budgeting across core business areas

• Identify and evaluate investment and growth opportunities

• Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required

  
  

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree within the fields of Finance or Accounting

• A strong understanding of Finance and its impact on decision-making

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, flexible and international environment

• Basic knowledge about Taxation and VAT is preferred.

• Experience with NetSuite ERP is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Experience with legal tasks is also an advantage, but not mandatory.
