What you’ll be doing:
In this role, you’ll have the chance to put your own touch on our room service – your ideas and experience are welcome, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how we do things.
Ensure food and beverages are delivered to guest rooms accurately and on time.
Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.
Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless dining experience.
Supervise the setup and cleanup of trays, trolleys, and service stations—keeping everything clean and organized.
Know the menu inside and out so you can help staff and answer guest questions.
Verify the accuracy of all orders before delivery and ensure timely service.
Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
Keep an eye on guest feedback and make improvements where needed.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
