Admiral Hotel is looking for an F&B Supervisor to oversee our room service operations and deliver top-tier service straight to our guests’ doors.At Admiral Hotel, we are guided by our core values: Ambitious Excellence, Attentive Hospitality, and Authentic Warmth. What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you’ll have the chance to put your own touch on our room service – your ideas and experience are welcome, and you’ll play a key role in shaping how we do things.

• Ensure food and beverages are delivered to guest rooms accurately and on time.

• Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally to guarantee satisfaction.

• Collaborate with other hotel departments to provide a seamless dining experience.

• Supervise the setup and cleanup of trays, trolleys, and service stations—keeping everything clean and organized.

• Know the menu inside and out so you can help staff and answer guest questions.

• Verify the accuracy of all orders before delivery and ensure timely service.

• Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are followed.

• Keep an eye on guest feedback and make improvements where needed.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in food and beverage service, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
