Factbird is on a mission to help manufacturers optimize their operations.
We’re a fast-growing SaaS scale-up in Copenhagen, and we’re looking for a Field Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing and Communications (MarCom) team.
If you’re ready to roll up your sleeves, hit the road, and bring Factbird’s brand to life at events, roadshows, and through strategic partnerships, this role is for you.
About the role
As our new Field Marketing Specialist, you’ll be the driving force behind regional events and strategic partnerships. Your mission? Create experiences that spark meaningful connections with our customers, partners, and prospects.
We’re already playing in key markets like the US, DACH, UKI, Benelux, and the Nordics, but we want to up our game. That’s where you come in. You’ll craft field marketing strategies that generate pipeline, boost brand visibility, and help us become a trusted name in manufacturing intelligence.
Whether it’s a high-energy tradeshow, an exclusive roundtable, or a multi-city roadshow, you’ll make sure Factbird shows up, stands out, and leaves a lasting impression.
This role offers a front-row seat in a fast-moving scale-up where you can make a real impact.
Responsibilities
Here are the main things you’ll own:
Event Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute events, including:
- Tradeshows: Design booths that draw crowds, develop smart lead capture strategies, and keep the energy high on-site.
- Micro-events: Think customer roundtables, VIP dinners, and exclusive gatherings that foster deeper relationships.
- Roadshows: Coordinate multi-city roadshows, ensuring consistent messaging while tailoring content to local markets.
- Develop post-event strategies to nurture leads and measure ROI.
Strategic Partnerships
- Build relationships with strategic partners (think tech partners, channel partners, and industry associations) to co-host events and campaigns.
- Collaborate on joint go-to-market initiatives like webinars and co-hosted events.
Sales Enablement
- Work with sales to develop event-specific sales kits and follow-up strategies.
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure sales teams have the latest marketing assets and insights.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM)
- Support ABM strategies by creating personalized event experiences for key accounts.
- Partner with sales to engage high-value accounts through tailored events and curated content.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate with fellow MarCom colleagues across demand generation, product marketing, and PR, as well as with external stakeholders such as event organizers and agencies.
- Act as a trusted partner to regional sales leaders, providing insights and support.
What we’re looking for
- We don’t need you to tick every box. But if you resonate with most of the below, we’d love to hear from you:
- 3+ years of experience in field marketing, event management, or a related role.
- Proven ability to plan and execute successful events and regional campaigns.
- Strong project management skills. You’re organized, detail-oriented, and know how to juggle multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset. You thrive when working with cross-functional teams.
- A results-driven approach. You set goals, measure progress, and optimize for impact.
- Great communication skills. You can influence stakeholders, tell a compelling story, and keep everyone in the loop.
- Willingness to travel. You’ll be on the road for events and customer meetups (up to 30% of the time).
- Fluent in English (bonus points for other languages).
Why join Factbird?
- Be part of a dynamic and fast-growing team that is redefining manufacturing intelligence.
