Omada is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for field marketing including partner marketing in North America reporting directly to the CMO. This person will be responsible for building and executing on the marketing plans for our North America region together with our sales and channel leaders.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in B2B software field marketing planning and execution, a keen understanding of how to engage prospects, and the tenacity to convert those prospects into customers. Strong candidates are self-motivated, proactive in understanding business needs, and take initiative. This role requires the candidate to be located on the East Coast.

What you'll do  

  • Execute on the North America field marketing plan that includes large industry events such as Gartner Risk & Security, Identiverse, and Gartner IAM.
  • Collaborate with our North American sales leader and his team to ensure marketing strategy and execution is closely aligned with sales strategy and execution.
  • Leverage our investment in 6Sense to ensure we use buyer intent data and insights in all GTM activities.
  • Develop and execute on partner-focused programs and communications to support our partner community by leveraging the yearly assigned MDF funds.
  • Measure, analyze and continuously improve the results of your activities by tracking key indicators that reflect pipeline and revenue creation in your region (with help from marketing operations).
  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders who influence the company’s go-to-market effort.
  • Leverage central marketing shared services (digital, operations, design) for maximum impact on North America programs.
  • Dependent on background this person can also engage in our PR effort and/or Customer Advocacy program.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in Marketing with experience in B2B enterprise software.
  • Knowledge and experience of demand generation and integrated marketing.
  • B.A. / B.S or equivalent undergraduate degree. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Very strong written and communications skills – must be able to communicate the value proposition of the company, create original content (case studies, slide decks, landing pages, etc.), present to a wide range of audiences, from senior executives at customers, to relatively technical people.
  • First language must be English or display absolute English fluency if it’s not your native language.
  • Travel will be required to the North America events and about twice per year to meet with the team in EMEA.

Your profile 

  • Experience in enterprise software field marketing
  • Rich experience in events
  • Knowledge of partner marketing is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • User proficiency in SFDC. Knowledge of Pardot is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and plans and gain consensus
  • Ability to drive projects with the support of a central marketing function
  • High energy, enthusiasm, initiative, and flexibility
  • Experience in security a plus

Specifically, This Person Will Be Responsible For

The leader of Field Marketing in North America will be responsible for developing and executing high-impact regional marketing plans to drive new leads and that help move accounts through our sales cycle faster and more effectively. This role will report to the CMO, working closely with sales and global marketing teams to deliver events and partner marketing programs that drive results and expand our local footprint.
