Field Service Technician

Nordson Packaging , a global leader in leader in precision dispensing, fluid management, and related technologies, is seeking a highly motivated and talented Service Technician to join our team in Denmark , preferable living in the Funen-Jutland area . Summary of the role  

We are looking for a Field Service Technician in Denmark with responsibility for service/installations and sales of spare parts for adhesive systems to our packaging customers. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. 

Role and Responsibilities 

• Plan and carry out customer visits, both scheduled and emergency service. You are responsible for your own weekly planning.
• Carry out installations, repairs and service.
• Conduct customer training 
• Documentation of work completed

Skills and Qualifications 

• Formal qualifications required are a three-year technical high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of electricity and mechanics
• European driving license
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Good general knowledge of computer skills
• Fluent English and Danish language skills
• Norwegian, Swedish language skills are nice to have

Travel  

• The job will involve mostly traveling in Denmark and may also involve trips to our Nordic countries, so longer business trips with overnight stays may occur.
