THE DEPARTMENT
ONLY E-COMMERCE is strategically important for ONLY’s future growth and development. The team consists of 13 ambitious and dedicated colleagues, and you can expect:

  • YOUR IMPACT
    As our Finance & Business Development Manager, you'll have the opportunity to lead our dynamic department in optimizing financial performance and maximizing growth opportunities. You will be responsible for supplying the management and operational business units with timely and accurate financial reporting, performance analyses, and have a continuous focus on optimizing the business. Furthermore, you will become part of the management team in ONLY E-commerce and have direct reference to our E-commerce Manager. More specifically your responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting of relevant data and KPI’s
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement 
  • Identifies and implements strategies to optimize operational efficiency and profitability 
  • Responsible financial planning and budgeting, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum e-commerce growth
  • Analyze sales trends and allocate budget for future inventory purchases 
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with key partner platforms like Zalando and About You
  • Ensures profitable operations on partner platforms, including dropshipping (, Zalando, About You, Amazon) and partner-managed warehouses
  • Identifies and implements initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability on partner platforms
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement e-commerce growth strategies based on data analysis and insights
  • YOUR PROFILE
    You possess a strong analytical mind and are motivated by solving complex issues. You are characterized by a structured and detail-oriented person, and on the other hand you are able to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. With the department's goals firmly in your sights, you'll work with determination and focus, delegating tasks effectively and ensuring the total department has the tools and support to excel. More specifically we are looking for:

  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting, ensuring financial soundness of e-commerce initiatives
  • Experience in managing inventory levels, optimizing stock availability, and forecasting future purchase needs
  • Experience in leading and managing strategic projects
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and effectively to various stakeholders.
  • Proven track record from a similar position
  • Master’s degree in economics, Finance, or a related field preferred
