Finance Assistant for accounts receivables

About the job

As our new Finance Assistant, you will be focused on efficiently executing financial tasks and processes. Your main responsibility is within accounts receivables, ensuring essential master data and following up with customers. Precision and attention to detail are paramount to ensure the accuracy of our financial records.

Your role will also include the following responsibilities:

• Maintaining debtors and ensuring credit insurance.
• Handling payments from customers.
• Communicating with customers.
• Calculating and processing customer bonuses.
• Financial registrations and reconciling accounts receivables in our ERP system (Business Central)
• Ad hoc financial tasks and possibly other tasks in the finance department.

Who are you?

You have a natural detail-oriented approach and thrive working with task where precision and meeting deadlines are key. You have previously worked in a similar position and are comfortable working with digital systems.
