As a Finance Business Partner at COWI, you will be an integral part of our Finance organisation, comprising approximately employees who ensure the financial backbone of COWI. As part of Corporate Business Controlling, you will support key stakeholders, contribute to decision-making, and promote the needed enhancements to COWI's competitive edge.

The Corporate Business Controlling is a team based at COWI’s headquarter in Lyngby, responsible for financial performance management and controlling of COWI’s group functions including Group IT, Facilities Management, Business Development, HR and Group Management. This team manages a global cost base exceeding DKK 1.5 billion annually within a truly international organisation.

To facilitate strategic decision-making and improve financial performance, we are seeking two Finance Business Partners to join our team. In the role, you will support the group functions at COWI, working alongside our dynamic teams to create impactful and sustainable business growth.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Partnering with group functions to provide financial reporting, insights and strategic guidance
  • Managing performance and controlling of cost base and P/L impacts
  • Driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
  • Delivering performance analysis and recommendations for cost optimisation
  • Acting as a trusted partner in strategic projects and ensuring financial compliance
  • Qualifications

    The key to success in this role lies in your ability to collaborate effectively and build solid relationships with stakeholders. You are motivated, skilled at managing uncertainty, and perform well in unpredictable environments.

    On top of that, you will have:

  • years of relevant experience, preferably in a medium or large-sized company
  • A master’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting or other relevant field
  • People and stakeholder management skills with the ability to create financial transparency and guide decision making. Solid skills within financial analysis and budgeting/forecasting
  • A keen attention to detail, combined with a strong understanding of financial reporting principles
  • The ability to communicate effortlessly in English.
