The position
As our new Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate with the management group and you will be involved in a wide range of activities such as financial planning and analysis, performance management and business strategy deployment.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Finance partnering to the management group at AM site Gentofte.
Driving financial processes including budget, rolling estimate and month end reporting.
Providing financial guidance to the organization and contributing to development of necessary processes and tools to enhance financial transparency.
Analysis of data and creation of insights to support management decision making, e.g. business cases and strategic finance analysis.
Preparing management presentation, along with other ad hoc analysis and tasks.
Together with the management team in the business area and the finance community, you will have an important role in driving finance partnering agenda, continuously improving finance processes, and bridging finance with business across AM Gentofte.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, we expect you to have:
An Academic Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, International business or similar.
Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in finance partnering and controlling setting, e.g. financial planning and analysis, business controlling, auditing or similar. Experience with production economy would be considered an advantage.
Experience in navigating in complex organizational structures in the context of a large company, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry as well as excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to drive agendas in an independent fashion.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to establish an overview as well as focusing on details as needed combined with high proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP or other major ERP systems and BI skills will be advantageous.
Full professional proficiency in English.

About the department
You will be a part of our Business Support department in Aseptic Manufacturing in Gentofte. As Business Support we support our manufacturing areas across Gentofte.
The co-teams in the department are responsible for Investment Projects, LEAN & Operational Excellence, Manufacturing & Business Intelligence, Finance & Procurement, Supply Chain, and Warehouse Operations.
You will be part of Finance and Procurement team. The team manages all finance partnering and procurement activities at the site. This includes driving process excellence, optimal resource allocation, delivering insights and actions based on the available data and being a proactive partner to the organisation by ensuring they have the transparency and tools necessary to achieve low unit cost in both short and long term.
You will join a diverse and high-performing team between 6-8 colleagues with different business experience levels. We use our varying experience to identify gaps and propose high-quality solutions which ensures continuous improvement and development of the processes and the organisation.
