The position
As a Finance Partner, you will be responsible for the financial management of a dedicated line of business area. The role entails a broad range of tasks, such as:
Furthermore, you will be involved in various projects as well as preparing ad-hoc analyses for stakeholders in both the R&ED organisation and in Business Finance.

Qualifications
Preferably, you hold a master’s degree in business administration or economics and have 1-2 years of experience. Other success criteria are:

About the department
R&ED Finance is part of Novo Nordisk Business Finance and is responsible for the financial management of the R&ED organisation and projects in our early research pipeline. In R&ED Finance you will be part of a young and ambitious team consisting of 24 dedicated employees across Denmark and USA, supported by colleagues from Global Business Services in India. Our overall ambition is to create impact through Finance Partnering to our stakeholders by combining strong financial competencies with a solid understanding of the business in which we operate. To do this, we collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation. We invest significant resources in developing our employees through close sparring, frequent feedback and by giving inspiring tasks and a high degree of responsibility.
