The Role

We are seeking a full-time Finance Specialist to join our finance team in, preferably in Copenhagen, but can also be in Stockholm.

Our Finance team, based in Copenhagen and Stockholm, services all our entities, ensuring consistent and effective financial operations across the board. We are currently active in 17 countries, with entities in 6 of them.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation of various finance projects across the board
  • Managing debt drawdown operations
  • Overseeing internal selling and trading of assets (IC handling)
  • Support utilizing of Business Central for financial operations
  • Supporting other functions in general financial topics
  • Financial Controlling
  • Providing audit support
  • Handling intertrust and VAT (assets) operations, including playbook implementation

You will also be expected to:

  • Manage several projects simultaneously and prioritize accordingly.
  • Identify improvements in our financial processes and setups.
  • Occasionally travel to our offices and stakeholders.


You bring the following qualifications:

You have 2-5 years of finance experience and hold a BSc in Finance or Economics. With strong project leadership abilities, you excel in advanced Excel functions and finance and accounting understanding. Ideally, you also have experience with Business Central. Your deep analytical understanding of numbers and excellent communication skills in English enable you to thrive in complex, international environments. You are proactive, predicting consequences effectively, and adapt well to change.

Key Qualifications:

  • Strong project leadership abilities
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Preferable experience with Business Central and/or F&O
  • Deep analytical understanding of numbers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High proficiency in English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to act and predict consequences proactively
  • Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment
