Financial Controller

Samsøe Samsøe is looking for a Financial Controller to join our Finance team at the HQ in Copenhagen.

You will become an essential part of our financial function of a total of 8 employees and will report to the Finance manager. The position is full time 37 working hours per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Control of bookkeeping (most of the finance function is digitized)
• Various reconciliation tasks/Controller tasks for the group's companies, both DK, but also from companies from the UK, NO, SE, NL, BE, FR, and DE
• Responsibility for tasks in connection to the preparation of monthly accounts

YOUR PROFILE

• You are service-minded, quality conscious, and possess an interest for numbers
• You work in a structured manner, are punctual, and show a natural sense of responsibility
• You are trained in an accounting department - preferably with experience in international accounting
• You have a good accounting understanding
• You must have experience in Business Central, which is the ERP system used by the group
• It is expected that you can communicate in English, as this is the group language

Samsøe Samsøe dates back to 1993 when a small namesake shop in Copenhagen's Latin Quarter opened. Originally selling only jewellery, the label soon expanded to include premium T-shirts and knitwear primarily for men.
