As a Financial Support Specialist at Monta, you will In the position of Financial Support Specialist, you will be a key element and one of the foundational pillars in shaping the culture, foundation, and future of this new branch of Finance Support within our team. We recently closed a huge Series B round, totalling 80M EUR! In other words: we’re well on our way to revolutionizing the global EV charging experience. And how will we use our new funding? We plan to double down on our successful software-only strategy by strengthening our investments in all markets, and expanding our products to all new sectors ready to set off on an electrified future. Once that’s done, the sky’s the limit

Here are some things you’ll be working on:

1. Communicating directly with our customers, business partners, operators and VIP customers, primarily via conversations via email and messaging in a ticketing system, but also inbound and outbound calls.
2. Listen and respond to our customers' needs and concerns and provide professional and friendly support at all times ensuring our customers are our number one priority.
3. Collaborate with teammates and other departments to troubleshoot and solve queries.
4. Take part in expanding our financial knowledge base and help with building a solid foundation for the future.
5. Prioritising tickets and ensuring the high-priority tickets are taken care of and dealt with accordingly and in a timely manner.

As a Financial Support Specialist, you will:

In the position of Financial Support Specialist, you will be a key element and one of the foundational pillars in shaping the culture, foundation, and future of this new branch of Finance Support within our team. You will be our voice to the outside world on support tickets and project work around finance topics. It is crucial that you have a passion for helping people and enjoy getting nerdy about numbers and customer service. Our customers and partners are always the center of our focus and it is important that they get an amazing and memorable experience when they contact us.

To do this, we imagine you to have the following experience:

1. You are fluent in English and German.
2. You are located in Denmark, and can work from our office in Copenhagen.
3. You are resourceful and not afraid to reach out to colleagues to find the right answers when needed.
4. You enjoy working in a customer-facing environment and communicating with customers
5. You enjoy working with numbers and are quick to learn about financial setups and queries.
6. You have experience or a decent understanding of how to work with basic Excel/Google Sheets.
7. Knowledge of VAT & TAX is a plus.
