MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on the Finnish market, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Finnish team in Copenhagen!
In this position, you will be important to our client’s success in this market. Together with the team, you will help customers with issues they have when shopping online. Your job will primarily be customer service by mail, chat, and phone calls—our Finnish customers love to call and chat.
What do we expect from our next colleague?
We are looking for people with a positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers. Experience in a relevant field such as e-commerce, customer service, retail, hospitality or similar is a plus, however, the most important thing is a willingness to learn.
Must have:
First and foremost, a deep understanding of Finnish customers' mindsets
Great Finnish language skills
Great customer service skills - you love to help customers!
Be able to communicate in English, since our company language is English
You should also have:
Good computer skills and a willingness to learn new things
A team-player attitude
