Foreman & Teamlead for Duct Technicians

DUCT TECHNICIAN Teamleader /Foreman – 

On behalf of our client, we are looking for several foremen for a full-time, long-term project contract, at a major construction site. This is a great opportunity to work in an ever-changing environment, where you have great influence on the success of the daily operations.

This job is for you, if you have EU Residency (Rights to work in Denmark) We also provide car & accommodation if you are not living in the area or Denmark.

Where:

The Construction site is the new OUH Hospital in Odense, Denmark

What we need & Tasks:

The team we are looking for consists of the following type of candidate profile with both experience with Air ducts, ventilation and LEADING these people.

·         Guiding, reading blueprints, and assisting employees on a daily basis.

·         Reports, status, ordering of material, ensuring deadlines are upheld.

·         Experience with HVAC installation.

·         Filling out timesheets, turn them in, administrative tasks, employee overview.

·         English communication is mandatory on site.

·         Daily dialogue with the client & MEGA FLEX

·         Quality ensurance.

What we expect:

Able to speak and communicate in English, as a minimum. Able to meet on time every day. Loyalty to the client and Mega Flex. Professionalism.

What you can expect:

The salary is favorable, and other terms are always according to the collective agreement.

Startup: Expected to be March 2025

Working hours are: Weekdays between 07.00-15.00, Fridays end at 14.30 (overtime can occur, if you are interested in working extra)

Please note that we will provide all the equipment, PPE, tools & working clothes so you can be comfortable in both an indoor & outdoor work environment.
