About the role

We’re seeking a Founder's Associate to join us in our Copenhagen office. This role is an incredible opportunity to work closely with the leadership team of a fast growing start-up, gain insight into the inner workings and get a lot of hands on experience.

As a Founder's Associate, you will be the right-hand support to the founding team, helping streamline daily operations, communicate, coordinate ad manage critical projects. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same and we want to see you make a real impact from day one.

The role can be either a part-time position of 25-30 hours per week or a full-time position. What truly matters for us is finding the right person with the grit and skillset to excel in this challenging role.

We aim to empower legal professionals with precise, in-depth, and lightning-fast access to legal knowledge. Our research platform is built to simplify the complexity of legal research using artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and constantly updated legal sources.

We’re are looking for a strong individual to join our team and help our founders with various operational and project work.

What you’ll do

  • Operational Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.

  • Project Coordination: Help organize and track cross-functional projects to ensure timely completion.

  • Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.

  • Communications: Draft internal and external documents, including company updates and presentations.

  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Provide on-the-go support for various tasks, ensuring our founders can focus on high-priority matters.


Who you are

  • Based in Copenhagen: This role requires physical presence in our Copenhagen office.

  • Highly Organized: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at multitasking while keeping order and overview.

  • Proactive: You anticipate needs and take initiative without constant supervision.

  • Trustworthy: You handle sensitive information with care and discretion.

  • Adaptable: You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and handling diverse tasks.

  • Strong Communicator: You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish.
