The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional senior engineer to join as a founding team member and help architect our platform's future. Based in Copenhagen (hybrid), you'll work directly with enterprises implementing cutting-edge AI applications while building the tools that make AI deployment reliable and trustworthy at scale. This role offers significant growth potential, including the opportunity to grow into a technical leadership position as we scale.
What You'll Do
Take technical ownership of our core platform architecture
Drive key technical decisions and implementation of our evaluation systems
Contribute to technical strategy and research initiatives, particularly in AI evaluation methodologies
Help build and grow our engineering team
Work closely with the founding team on product strategy and customer implementations
You Should Have
Strong track record in building enterprise-grade applications
Expertise in cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and scalable architectures
Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
Drive to grow beyond pure engineering into technical leadership
Ability to dive deep into AI research papers and translate new methodologies into practical solutions
Experience with or deep understanding of AI/ML systems and their evaluation
Ideal Experience
Senior/Staff Engineer level experience
Startup experience, particularly in B2B/enterprise context
Bonus:
Background in AI quality assurance or evaluation systems
Experience with open-source AI models and fine-tuning
