The Role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with client objectives.
• Establish and oversee data governance policies to ensure quality, security, and compliance.
• Build and lead a team of data professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Drive adoption of advanced data architectures and technologies.
• Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance processes, products, and services using data.
• Ensure seamless data management and integration across systems.
• Evaluate emerging trends and technologies to recommend strategic investments.
• Promote data literacy and training within client organizations.
• Monitor and report on data initiatives' performance through KPIs.
• Support sales teams by creating data-focused value propositions and participating in client presentations.

Ideal Profile

Requirements:

• 15+ years in data management with a proven record of successful strategies.
• Experience designing and implementing global Big Data platforms.
• Advanced degree in computer science, information management, or analytics (certifications in AWS/Azure are a plus).
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Knowledge of modern concepts like data mesh and data fabric.
• Skilled at leading diverse teams and aligning initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity with industries like healthcare, supply chain, finance, or retail is preferred.
• Experience doing pre-sales.
• Experience in Consultancy.
