Right in the centre of Copenhagen, with the central station around the corner, direct connection to Kastrup Airport and a view of the beautiful Tivoli Gardens, you will find ProfilHotels Copenhagen Plaza. Here you will find the pulse of the Danish city right outside, while inside the hotel, you can enjoy the calm, timeless architecture and design. Within easy walking distance you will also find Copenhagen's institutions such as the pedestrian street Strøget, the City Hall Square and the beautiful Nyhavn. At the hotel you will find Restaurant Angelini, which finds its inspiration in Italian and American cuisine, and the Library Bar with its popular cocktails.

The rooms are fitted with a private safe, a personal safe and a TV.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil være:

•  Byde gæsterne velkommen og sende dem godt af sted efter endt ophold
• Bookinger, mailkorrespondance samt telefonopkald
• Sikre dig, at lobbyen altid er indbydende for vores gæster
• Være klar til at hjælpe vores gæster med ønsker og forespørgsler
• Sikre god kommunikation og relation med hotellets øvrige afdelinger

Vi forventer at: 

• Du har let til grin, er smilende og serviceorienteret
• Du synes, det er hyggeligt at tale med vores gæster for at gøre deres oplevelse helt særlig
• Du er ansvarsbevidst, fleksibel og mødestabil
• Du som minimum snakker et skandinavisk sprog samt engelsk
• Det er en fordel, hvis du har erfaring fra hotelbranchen eller fra andet servicearbejde, men det vigtigste er, at du har den rette indstilling og vil være med til at give vores gæster en god oplevelse.
