Frontend Developer in an AI Startup

We are looking for a Frontend Developer to join Future Planning. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and build the frontend of an innovative AI-powered workforce planning platform. As part of the founding team, you'll have the chance to design, develop, and optimize the frontend, working preferably with Angular, and play a significant role in the strategic direction of the product.

You'll be responsible for creating a user-friendly, intuitive interface that allows businesses to easily assign tasks, allocate resources, and adjust schedules in real-time. In collaboration with our backend (CTO), you will bring to life the AI-driven functionalities that will make workforce planning smarter and more efficient.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the frontend using Angular, ensuring a seamless user experience.

• Work closely with the backend to integrate APIs and display real-time data effectively on the user interface.

• Create responsive, interactive, and scalable web applications that visualize workforce planning data, project management, task allocation, and AI-based suggestions.

• Collaborate with project managers (users), backend developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and features based on user feedback.

• Potentially, work on UI/UX design to ensure that the platform is functional, visually appealing, and easy to use.
