Your Core Skills (Hardcore Must-Haves)

• JavaScript (vanilla) Pure mastery of the fundamentals.

• CSS (vanilla) Build beautiful, functional interfaces from scratch.

• UI and UX design A sharp eye for crafting user-friendly experiences.

• Client ← API → Server Strong understanding of how the frontend communicates with the backend.

• Communication Collaborate effectively with teammates and clients to make fast, impactful decisions.

• Project Management Own and lead your strategic initiatives, track their progress, and communicate outcomes. You may also manage external development teams when needed.

• Monitoring UI Analytics Track bugs, prioritize fixes, and use insights to enhance the platform.

Your Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Haves)

• Nim-lang (Priority A) We're big fans; you should be too. Backend and microservice have this as base language.

• Python Base knowledge is always helpful. Syntax looks like Nim-lang.

• Familiarity with static-typed languages is a great plus. Nim-lang is statically typed.

What You'll Do:

You'll be CxPlanner's lead architect for user flows and frontend interactions, shaping a platform that's always 10x more intuitive and 1,000% more delightful than competitors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Our Users: Dive deep into our customers' workflows to ensure our platform is perfectly aligned with their needs.

• Optimizing Experiences: Design workflows that feel intuitive and require minimal onboarding. Experiment with features that make using CxPlanner fun, fast, and effective.

• Leading Key Projects: Create the next-gen Project Health Center powered by AI analytics in collaboration with the backend team. Optimize our Gantt timeline to provide even better integrations across our platform.

• Collaborating on Enterprise Features: Build tools like drag-and-drop capabilities and custom feedback systems for top-tier clients.

• Monitoring & Tracking: Use our UI analytics to spot bugs, prioritize improvements, and ensure the platform runs flawlessly.
