As a Frontend Engineer at SOUNDBOKS, you will be the driving force in building a cohesive UI/UX experience across platforms but primarily within App - all of that together with a QA engineer, and designers. It’s a dynamic role where the eye for design comes in handy. The chance to switch between different projects will also make sure it’s not a stand-still kind of a job. In short, you will focus on assuring that our app users have the smoothest experience possible.
Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

Adapting best practices from our QA engineer in ensuring well tested features and key user-flows across the projects you are a part of.
Occasionally assisting with the maintenance of our web shop where front-end expertise is needed, supporting continued ease of use of CMS for our content specialists.
Design & Development Collaboration
Ideating on new features and UX/UI with product owner and designers, ensuring creative concepts are aligned with user needs and technical feasibility.
Providing technical input and guidance during the design phase, helping to adjust ideas and anticipate potential implementation challenges early on.
Collaborating on creating design systems to maintain consistency across projects.
Translating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes into high-quality code.
Utilising and extending our component libraries while ensuring efficient implementation of UI together with the whole team.
Stakeholder & Process Management
Collaborating with stakeholders and engineers from product and other commercial teams in implementing frontend solutions that fit their use cases.
Helping with documenting the solutions and feature definitions, in order to ensure easy maintenance and continuous improvement in the future.
Supporting the agile way of working, allowing for efficient processes around our projects.
In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below.
