What You’ll Be Doing

• Designing and Implementing New Features: Conceptualize, design, and develop innovative, scalable features to enhance product functionality and user experience.
• Improving, Optimizing, and Fixing Bugs: Maintain and enhance the existing codebase by identifying optimization opportunities, refactoring code, and resolving bugs.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Write and maintain automated tests (unit, integration, end-to-end) and assist in manual testing to ensure software quality.
• Collaborating with Team: Partner with other developers in Agile processes to align priorities and deliver timely, high-quality results.
• Staying Updated: Keep up with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas and ensure our products remain competitive.

Your technical skills

• Distributed System Design: Experience designing and building microservice-like architectures, as our platform architecture resembles a micro-service architecture.
• Programming with Go: Experience with Go is required, whether from personal projects, open-source contributions, or professional work. If it is not from professional work, we expect professional experience in other web/system-level languages (e.g., C#, Java, Rust, C++).
• Frontend Knowledge: Our UI is built with React, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS. While deep frontend expertise isn’t required, understanding how to connect frontend and backend is essential.
• APIs: Experience with REST APIs and schema-based APIs (e.g., gRPC, Protobuf).
• Python: Familiarity with Python is needed for configuring our task runner (used for bundling, code generation, etc.).
• Version Control: Proficiency in Git, GitHub, and committing via pull requests is required. Experience with GitHub Actions for CI is a plus.
• Databases: Experience with Postgres or other SQL databases.
• Deployment: Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud platforms (e.g., Google Cloud).
• AI Tools: Use of AI tools like GitHub Co-Pilot is required.

In addition to your technical skills, proficiency in English is required for clear code documentation, team communication, and technical collaboration.
