Purpose: Secure the funding needed to sustain and expand Nordic Compass’ initiatives, ensuring long-term impact.
Research grant opportunities and potential funding sources aligned with Nordic Compass’ mission.
Write compelling, well-structured grant proposals that highlight our impact and goals.
Plan and execute creative fundraising campaigns and events.
Maintain relationships with donors and provide them with updates on the impact of their contributions.
Track and report on fundraising efforts, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Exceptional writing and attention to detail.
Budgeting and financial planning skills.
Strong relationship management abilities.
Creativity to design innovative fundraising campaigns.
Your work will provide the financial backbone that allows Nordic Compass to continue creating opportunities for internationals and driving change in Denmark.
