Cozy Game Studio is looking for a skilled Game developer with practical Unity knowledge for a 2 month contract - starting in December 2024.
As a Game Developer at Cozy Game Studio, you will play a pivotal role in developing our games. You will be instrumental in bringing our cozy gaming experiences to life, ensuring that they are easy to navigate and engage with.
Things you would be doing
Develop new features for our free to play mobile game Spirit World
Update existing content dependent on the data from market tests
Create design tools for our game designer
Keep new and existing content bug-free
Contribute by bringing your own ideas and solutions
Things we look for in a candidate
Comfortable with Unity and 2D / UI development
Knowledge of Unity’s UI Toolkit is a plus
Proficiency in C# and programming in Unity including experience with Scriptable objects
Proficiency in programming design patterns
Experience with git or similar version control
Good understanding of free to play mobile games and what makes them successful
Familiarity with the latest gaming trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
Strong problem solving skills with a creative approach
You actively support a culture of collaboration, mutual respect, inclusiveness, and creativity

The job start is in December 2024
Position is contract based - 2 months (with potential for extending it if we get more funding)
