And this is where you come in:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Geospatial Project Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in validating farm field boundaries and agricultural data. You will work within the programme data team to support Agreena’s MRV (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification) approach utilising remote sensing models. This process is carried out to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
The Programme Data Team is an integral part of the farmer programme and MRV process of the company, and you will work closely together with the Programme Systems Specialist, Programme Analyst, and MRV Specialist within the team to achieve the ambitious goals of the organisation. As such, you will be part of a dynamic and high-paced work environment constantly subject to innovation.

Who we’re looking for:
- Knowledgeable in GIS software (e.g., ArcGIS, QGIS) and remote sensing technologies.
- Comfortable with Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data inconsistencies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Bonus points if:
- Experience with data input and management
- Familiarity with agricultural practices and farm management
- Skilled in Geopandas
- Passion for sustainability
