We are looking for a part-time German-speaking Customer Service Specialist to help us deliver top-tier service to our customers in Germany, Switzerland, and Austria from our headquarters in Copenhagen. The DACH market is growing fast, and we need someone who is ready to roll up their sleeves, go the extra mile, and be a key player in our mission to help babies and children sleep better.

What you will be doing

• Helping customers: Answering customer queries via email, chat, and phone (and always with a smile).

• Product guidance: Helping customers get the most out of their Moonboon products.

• Problem-solving: Managing returns, claims, and ensuring everything runs smoothly for our German-speaking customers.

• Teamwork: Collaborating with our customer service team across all markets, sharing ideas and tips for making Moonboon even better.

• Logistics: Working closely with our logistics partners to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

About you

• German speaker: You have native-level German skills and are fluent/business professional in English or Danish.

• Customer service star: You love helping people and have 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce or retail preferably with customer service experience.

• Proactive & positive: You are a self-starter who takes ownership of your tasks and always looks for ways to improve things.

• Passionate about babies: Personal or professional experience with little ones is a big plus (but not a deal-breaker)!

• Detail-oriented: You are the kind of person who catches the small stuff and makes sure everything is just right.
