The position
As Global Associate Brand Director, your primary responsibility will be to develop and lead a strong commercial brand and positioning strategy as well as the strong messaging platform that is needed for the brand in order to prepare the launch of IcoSema. You will be leading the analytical approach to support your recommendations and be responsible for setting the overall strategic direction for the brand. Currently, phase III clinical programmes are expected to be finalised in and the commercial team is preparing for launch. In collaboration with your colleagues in global, regional and affiliate offices, you will: • Lead the development of a strong global brand strategy to ensure impactful launch strategy of IcoSema.• Lead the situational analysis and key analytical approach to support key strategic rationale across identified focus markets. • Execute the global brand strategy to key focus markets. • Drive a strong and simple key message platform and overall global promotional approach based on clinical phase III results.• Act as the bridge between Global and Operations and work in close collaboration with key markets, including driving the Core Brand Team Qualifications We expect you to have an academic degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Medicine, or another relevant field. You hold at least 7-10 years of experience from working in either affiliate marketing teams, global or regional pharmaceutical commercial roles. It is a strong advantage if you have experience from similar work at either local or regional level. You have good understanding of how to develop global strategies and promotional messages that can be executed strongly in operations. To thrive and succeed, we expect you to have solid experience with: • Shaping and delivering global brand strategies based on strong analysis with clear objectives and actions, preferably for a launch brand and anchoring brand work directly into positioning platforms.• Developing core story and promotional materials based on strong analytical skills to interpret clinical data and turn it into promotional benefits.• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to drive complex decision making in a matrix organisation.• Experience with delivering and leading complex commercial strategies with demonstrated high impact for operations.
