How you will make an impact
As Brand Manager in the Stronger Me & Cooking Inspiration team, you will be part of Arla’s Europe-zone and report directly to Director Stronger Me & Cooking Inspiration. We are looking for a Brand Manager to play a key role in supporting the Stronger Me & Cooking inspiration team, driving and contributing to our high growth agenda in close collaboration with our innovation teams, key markets and agencies. You will be globally responsible for a number of Arla’s brands and ensure that local markets have relevant toolkits for campaigns and drive development projects.
You will be leading projects across multiple aspects of brand management including brand strategy, brand planning, communication development and pack design rollout.
For this role, ideally you are located at our HQ in Denmark, however you can be located in another of our European markets; Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany or The Netherlands. If not based in Denmark, we expect that you are able to travel 4-6 days per month to Denmark or other European markets - and otherwise work from home or utilize one of our European offices.
What will make you successful?
We are first and foremost looking for you to be a proactive and experienced marketeer with strong brand experience and the ability to quickly pick up and understand the business and brands. You have experience from FMCG and global product launches – either from a local market or a global function – and you have worked as a brand manager for at least some years already. You build relationships quickly and work collaboratively – and you have the gift of inspiring and leading through others.
Professionally, you have a Master’s degree and several years of experience from brand management, where you have experience developing brand strategy and communications. We expect you to be fluent in English.
