As a Global Business Graduate, you will go through three rotations of 8 months. The first one will be in our HQ in Ballerup, then you transfer to a department outside Denmark, before finally coming back to HQ, but in a different department.
Joining our Graduate Program September 1st, 2025, you can look forward to a thorough onboarding that will introduce you to our organization and your fellow graduate batch.
With multiple subsidiaries across the globe, we are sure to find a role abroad that matches GN’s business needs as well as your skills and interests. Throughout, you will be assisted by managers, program sponsors, and a mentor as you navigate a steep learning curve.
The team you will be part of
You will start up working in the very heart of our Global Digital Transformation Program where you will play an important role in supporting our strategic direction and implementing projects across the GN Hearing Division, Global Operations, Finance and IT reporting directly to the Head of PMO (Program Management Office). This will provide you with extensive exposure to the GN leadership and a wide network from day one. You will learn the classical project management toolbox incl. extensive PowerPoint communication skills, stakeholder management and project execution.
Further, you will rotate to one of our regional divisions US where you will be part of the actual implementation and change journey directly supporting the One GN strategy. The last rotation can either be in IT or in another domain of the candidates’ interest.
Also, you will become part of a network of 15 fellow graduates, working within Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, and IT.
Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:
Oversee project execution in the PMO. The projects will be largely impacted by your own areas of interest and expertise
Collaborate with the Head of PMO in developing material to the Executive Steering Committee, driving our Digital Transformation forward
Engage with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clear communication and timely actions
Drive & analyze both quantitative and qualitative data for senior leadership decision making material
Collaborate with project managers on progress, assisting to develop and design performance reporting
Support our communications and change journey in important roll out phases

The recruitment process
After application deadline, selected candidates will be invited for an online interview and abstract reasoning test. Those who are selected to continue the recruitment process will receive a personality assessment and be invited for the in-person Graduate Assessment Day, taking place February 4th at our HQ in Ballerup.
