We are redefining workplace services to become a critical strategic partner for our business. To effectively support this transformation, and guide/implement strategies that enhance our workplace services, we are looking for a Global Category Manager for Workplace Services, who has a strong grasp of the required processes gained through previous firsthand experience.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:
Take overall responsibility for the Workplace Services Category, including the development and execution of category strategies. Continuously optimize workplace services spending through value-adding procurement initiatives while maintaining competitive cost levels for the category. Foster a strong partnership with Workplace Services and act as a procurement advisor to proactively identify sourcing opportunities and cost improvement potentials, supporting the sustainable growth of COWI. Redefine and develop new sourcing metrics and service levels in close collaboration with the Workplace Services Team across all COWI geographies. Establish solid governance and Supplier Relationship Management using KPIs and SLAs to enhance supplier performance in service quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, thereby increasing value delivered to COWI. Integrate sustainability requirements and metrics into Workplace Services acquisition and daily operations. Actively lead and contribute to the refinement and implementation of procurement strategies, processes, and tools. Your skills. Our team. Together we design the future.

On top of that, you will:
Hold a master's degree with 8+ years of experience in strategic procurement in international organizations Have a strong commercial mindset with in-depth knowledge of procurement strategy, tools, techniques, and processes Extensive experience in category management for workplace services and stakeholder management Proven track record in sourcing processes and negotiation of global workplace services contracts Excellent negotiation, project management, interpersonal skills, and English language proficiency Excellent English language skills, both oral and written
