Your new team
You will be a part of the Group HR team which consists of 23 employees including three Student Assistants. In Group HR we handle the full employee HR life cycle including talent acquisition, employer branding, data management and analytics, learning and development, employee relations, and business partnering. By working collaboratively, we value open communication and knowledge sharing to help each other be successful.
Your new role
In the newly established role as Global Comp & Ben Specialist, you will get the responsibility of establishing a total compensation framework for the group. You will provide advice regarding short- and long-term incentive programs and on reward principles, policies, and compliance. You will on an ongoing basis evaluate and adapt to new trends, legal requirements, and best practices in terms of compensation and benefits in the various markets European Energy operates in. You will be responsible for the annual processes related to Comp & Ben, such as the annual salary assessment.
