WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define a content mission focused on ICP engagement.

  • Lead and mentor a Content Marketing Specialist, providing guidance and support on content creation and execution.

  • Research and identify relevant topics and content formats for different markets and ICPs.

  • Develop a content calendar and strategy, as well as oversee the creation of high quality content, including a mix of formats (e.g., newsletters, webinars, case studies) that aligns with overall business objectives.

  • Continuously analyse content performance and iterate on strategies based on data.

  • Run webinars and other online/offline events on a group level.

  • Collaborate with local teams to provide content promotion and distribution support for their events.

  • Ensure all content adheres to Precis' TOV and branding guidelines.

      WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 

      • 7 years experience within B2B content marketing.

      • Itching to break free from outdated B2B content strategies.

      • Solid SEO and digital marketing knowledge.

      • Ability to develop creative content strategies, translating ideas into engaging narratives across diverse formats, with a strong preference for video.

      • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.

      • Experience with CMS and social media.

      • Data-driven approach to content marketing.

      • Project management and team leadership abilities.

      • Experience working in Hubspot.

      • Interested in using AI tools for content production (ideally already using them).

      • Fluency in English, native speaker is a plus.
