BioMar is looking for an experienced, hands-on, and structured HR profile to support us on our growth journey delivering sustainable and efficient feed solutions to global aquaculture. You will be working in a broad role, being responsible for people advisory, while at the same time improving the HR processes for the global functions.
The role of HR Business Partner, Global Functions is set in the world to partner with our managers within the global functions, primarily located in Europe. You will support the business in getting the right people-capabilities in place for delivering on the strategic agenda, while at the same time taking pride in ensuring we have an efficient approach, handling our HR processes.

Facilitating solutions to leadership challenges in a global company
Effective support, setting the right teams, onboarding, remuneration and employee development, based on our global employee experience model
Operational tasks related to the Global Functions in Denmark, including taking responsibility for designing and implementing tools for supporting the managers in their daily work
Ensuring compliance with global policies, processes, and legislative requirements through development and maintenance of our HR practices
Collaboration with HR in the business units, who will be responsible for hands-on execution outside Denmark
The position reports to the VP for People, Purpose & Communication, who is overall responsible for the people strategy as well as executive business partnering related to our strategic development of the company. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with our Payroll Responsible and with the global team for People, Purpose & Communication.

You thrive working in a multi-cultural environment and know the value of contributing to the success of your stakeholders. You can communicate with ease, no matter who’s in front of you and have solid expertise within People Advisory/HR Manager/Business Partner roles, preferrable with some HR operations experience.
Your specialty is a relentless focus ensuring the right foundation is in place for decisions and daily practices. You have a natural flair for legal matters and thrive transforming global policies into local practice. At the same time, you have experience operating global HRIS, such as Workday.
You will probably have around 7-10 years’ experience in the field of HR working as generalist, preferable in an international manufacturing environment. You will be required to be fluent in Danish and English. You will most probably hold an education at master level.
Your workplace will be at our office in the center of Aarhus. You should except limited travel activities.
