Join us as our Global HSE Manager, where you’ll take charge of managing and improving our Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) processes on a global scale! This role is key to ensuring our organization maintains the highest standards of safety and compliance, while driving continuous improvements across our operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HSE: Manage the safety organization, planning and coordinating all safety initiatives at both strategic and tactical levels.
- Supplier & Contract Oversight: Review external HSE suppliers to ensure full compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
- HSE KPI Reporting: Prepare and present key HSE performance metrics to local management and global corporate leadership, driving data-driven improvements.
- Primary Contact for HSE: Serve as the go-to expert for all external HSE communications, handling customer inquiries and questionnaires.
- Global Coordination: Facilitate yearly and quarterly HSE management reviews, updating global strategies, policies, and objectives.
- Continuous Improvement: Develop, refine, and implement global HSE processes and tools, ensuring safety improvements are embedded across all operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Conduct and manage customer questionnaires related to HSE performance, ensuring the highest levels of service and transparency.
Secondary Responsibilities:
- Lead Sustainability Initiatives: Coordinate and manage our sustainability efforts, ensuring Svendborg Brakes actively contributes to achieving the UN Sustainable Development Goals. You will play a key role in driving our commitment to sustainability forward.
What We’re Looking For:
- Safety First Attitude: You embody a "safety first" mentality, with the ability to embed this mindset into the organization's culture.
- Education & Experience: A variety of educational backgrounds are welcome, but ideally with over 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Languages: Fluency in English and Danish is required.
- Global Standards Expertise: Extensive knowledge of, ISO45001, and ISO9001 certifications.
- Proven Process Thinker: Experience in business process thinking and implementation.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve safety goals.
- Structured and Strategic: You are organized, results-driven, and skilled at executing projects with precision.
