Global IT /OT Supporter

The position

is based in Denmark at our Headquarters in Ballerup but with more than + colleagues across the globe, you will have a global career path and international development opportunities. Our team provides IT and OT support for critical production systems, specifically for the Ballerup production site. To ensure 24/7 coverage, we operate a "follow the sun" support model, with additional teams located in Brazil and China, allowing seamless support transitions across time zones. In this role, you will work Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with no weekend work required. The rotation ensures continuous support without the need for extended shifts, as the work is handed over to teams in Brazil and China at the end of each day.
