At Novo Nordisk, we are on a digital ride to lead the way in digital healthcare. As part of this ambitious journey, we are seeking talented individuals to join our established ProdOps team. As a Global IT/OT Supporter, you will be part of a global initiative, located in three global hubs (Denmark, China, and Brazil), providing 24/7/365 "Follow the Sun" global support for production critical systems at our Novo Nordisk production sites. Based in Ballerup, Denmark, you will provide support during normal Danish business hours.
As a Global IT/OT Supporter, you will be responsible for providing system support to Novo Nordisk global production sites. Additionally, you will conduct problem management and facilitate knowledge transition between the Global deployment team, Central (ProdOps), and Local Support teams.
