We are looking for a new colleague in the Global Key Account Management team.
MAN PrimeServ is a strong after-sales and service business with an informal atmosphere, where the focus is on customers and performance. Being part of the MAN PrimeServ organization in Copenhagen, you will be servicing international customers within the marine industry. Furthermore the MAN PrimeServ is supported by more than 100 service hubs worldwide and together we build up long-term relationships with our customer in order to be their preferred service partner.
1% of the customers represent approximately 25% of the business. The top 1% is offered additional customer support. The Global Key Account team supports maintenance and development of our most strategic and important customers.
We are presently looking for internal candidates to the position, as knowledge to MAN organization and the MAN products is essential for the success in the role.
You will play an important role
The job requires a lot of interaction with colleagues in the MAN organization. As key account manager you represent all PrimeServ, all products groups, all product centers, and service from all local offices. The job involves traveling up to 50 days a year. The job requires a strong combination of technical and commercial understanding, both equally important.

GKAM is a network of key account managers organized in product center based GKAM groups or close to the customers in the regions. The concept is global as the key account managers represent the entire product portfolio, all product centers, regions and local offices towards the customer. The GKAM team in DK is 8 persons closely linked to additional 10 persons globally.
