RealTruck EMEA (Denmark) is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to the team in Frederikssund.
Position Summary:
The SR. Global Marketing Manager will plan, develop, and implement growth and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, support sales, support new product launches and provide best-in-class customer experience across B2B and B2C channels internationally.
Key objectives & Activities:
- Develop and oversee the global marketing strategy and budget for EMEA, Australia, Thailand, and LATAM regions and manage a team of 2-3 regional marketing coordinators.
- Manage the in-house graphic design team for content production and product-related materials.
- Manage all international external agencies and system providers (negotiate retainers and contracts).
- Govern brand strategy across markets.
- Support product launches and sales campaigns with sales and product management teams.
- Oversee multi-channel content creation, website updates, and social media.
- Manage e-commerce (D2C) channels with regional teams including sales forecast and product purchase forecast every month.

- Proven experience and results with digital marketing – strategic and tactical
- Project management, planning & coordination
- Excellent People and stakeholder management
- Proven experience running eCommerce - strategic and tactical
- Creative and visual capabilities combined with strong quantitative skills
- Strong analytical skills

- Build and maintain a high performing global marketing team
- Deliver campaigns and other sales supporting deliverables and activities on time and budget
- Meet and exceed KPIs in relation to campaigns and brand awareness
- Set & manage global marketing budget
- Together with regional teams, achieve eCom budget
