You will join our Global Center of Excellence: Global Rewards
You will be joining a team of HR professionals as part of our Global Center of Excellence (CoE) in Group HR. In this CoE, we own and promote global HR solutions within our field of expertise. Our CoE operates globally with colleagues located at Ramboll’s head office in Copenhagen, India, and the UK (9 employees in total). You will join a small team in Copenhagen consisting of two Global Rewards Consultants reporting to the Senior Global Rewards Manager.

Compensation package
