In this role, you will be at the heart of our efforts to design and drive data-centric reward processes and projects that align with our global strategy in Ramboll.

You will join our Global Center of Excellence: Global Rewards

You will be joining a team of HR professionals as part of our Global Center of Excellence (CoE) in Group HR. In this CoE, we own and promote global HR solutions within our field of expertise. Our CoE operates globally with colleagues located at Ramboll’s head office in Copenhagen, India, and the UK (9 employees in total). You will join a small team in Copenhagen consisting of two Global Rewards Consultants reporting to the Senior Global Rewards Manager.

Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:

Supporting our annual reward processes such as annual salary review, variable pay programmes (bonus and performance share programmes), position evaluation/grading review, etc.

Providing benchmark and analyses in MS Excel, including preparing presentations with key findings and recommendations for the relevant stakeholders

Involved in various Rewards projects such as mergers and acquisitions, pay transparency, etc.

Preparing Total Compensation proposals for employees at the Director level

Participating in relevant Reward projects and tasks within our Centre of Excellence depending on your background, skills, and interests

Master’s degree in a related field such as HR, statistics, analytics, finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

An analytical and data-driven mindset

Experience working with MS Excel and comfortable in handling and analysing large datasets

Fluent in English, as this is our Corporate Language

Personal qualities that will help you succeed in this role include a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving. You are self-motivated and eager to learn and develop your skills. You possess both an analytical as well as a holistic approach to your work.
