The position
As Global Training Partner, you will have a variety of responsibilities related to ensuring that high quality training materials are produced adhering to our standards and uploaded correctly into our systems. Furthermore, you will ensure that the processes you work with within our production areas are compliant with the regulatory requirements for training.
You will work closely together with the international team of training partners and training project managers and collaborate with many different stakeholders globally. You will also participate in, and facilitate workshops, as well as help to consolidate output and drive development of training materials. You will ensure good collaboration among stakeholders and support the business to be inspection ready.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will:
You hold a master’s or bachelor’s degree in psychology, behavioural economics or other related fields. Additionally, you have relevant experience, possibly within education (workplace learning), training and/or learning & development, (occupational) psychology, behavioural economics, and/or similar or experience with training and/or learning in a regulated environment. You possess excellent organizational, structure and planning skills.
Furthermore, you have strong communication skills and get energy from collaborating with others. You enjoy problem-solving, taking initiative and applying a structured approach to task management. You have a continuous improvement mindset.

About the department
You will join the Product Supply, Quality and IT as a part of Global People & Organisation. Within this area you will be part of Fill & Finish Global Training Support, a team of 10 Global Training Partners and 1 technical writer, who concern themselves with ensuring training effectiveness and compliance while also enabling our employees to deliver strong daily performance thus impacting our bottom line. This team is established august 24, which means the department can change over time according to the need of the organization.
