The position
As GMP Supporter, you will have a varied workday. One moment you might handle and document a quality incident in warehouse, helping operators follow the correct procedures, document the event correctly and find better solutions. And the next, you might participate in a workshop, test, or fix issues with proposed improvements in our processes, or partake in implementations of a new process.
Your day-to-day tasks would include:
You will be working in an open plan office with your colleagues, where ongoing sparring on tasks occurs in a dynamic and energetic environment where everyone is ready to lend a hand to ensure our deadlines are met.
Furthermore, you will be in touch with our other departments, to develop a mutual strategy for providing the best solutions for the factory.

As a person, you take the lead and initiative in meeting challenges, and you are ready to play an active role in improving the department as a whole. You are able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of your work.
You are a fast learner with strong analytical skills, which helps you attain oversight of complex processes and issues, and to then systematically resolve them. It is essential that you have good communication skills and can communicate effectively across the organisation.
About the department
In the team, we are currently 12 dedicated employees responsible for the GMP support to the Warehouses in both our Aseptic Filling Factory and our Finished Product factory. Our goal is to provide support to the daily operation in dealing with any quality-related issues, and to implement ongoing improvements of our processes through project activity and systematic problem-solving.
The team is flexible, helpful, and supportive of each other across competencies, and comprises a variety of backgrounds and experiences.
We are a part of a rapidly developing factory, and we are currently working hard together with our colleagues to become Novo Nordisk’s primary product launch site. More specifically, our current endeavours are focused around ensuring a stable and scalable process whilst adjusting to new requirements for quality, new products, and new materials.
