Graduate for Strategy, PMO and Processes

Want to lead and develop within strategic projects?

MAN Energy Solutions offers a tailor-made graduate program that lasts 15 months. You will take responsibility for your own projects and you will be offered opportunities to expand your horizon through off-the-job trainings, mentoring and networking events. Furthermore, you will be able to gain intercultural experience at one of our worldwide locations.

You will play an important role in:

• Together with a team of around 15 colleagues, we are executing our ambitious strategy within MAN ES.
• Leading projects from the strategic portfolio within PrimeServ. There are different projects, and we will find one or two that reflects your experience and competences.
• Facilitation of workshops, as this is one of our important ways to interact with our stakeholders, build trust and ownership
• Interaction with change management, since we know from our best practices it is key.
• Utilization and knowledge of how we anchor our project in the business processes.
• You will join our one of our communities, and we will expect that you will be the co-facilitator in one of the upcoming events.
• We expect you to participate in project mgmt., change mgmt., and process certifications to understand how MAN ES executes the ambitious strategy and to support your development.

We imagine that you:

• Above-average university in the field of Business / IT or another relevant field of study (master level).
• Relevant practical experience in how to work with projects, e.g. through relevant work over several months, student traineeships.
• Practical experience in project management. Please describe what kind of project you have taken part in, e.g. with a description of projects, duration, role and budget.
• Competent knowledge of the MS Office programs.
• Very good English Skills (further languages welcome).
• At least 4-month stay abroad, e.g. during studies.
• Exceptional commitment, motivation and entrepreneurial thinking.
• You have very good communication and cooperative skills.
• You are open to foreign cultures, regionally mobile and flexible with respect to your job.

Welcome to Strategy, PMO and Processes
You will be a part of the department Strategy, PMO and process which plays a vital role in driving our strategic business projects required to execute our ambitious aftermarket strategy. The team acts as internal consultants for strategic projects and typically, we execute cross-organizational projects with stakeholders across PrimeServ or MAN Energy Solutions.

We have a relaxed and informal atmosphere where we all aspire to get better at executing strategy, projects, change management and anchorage of our work in the processes. Therefore, we do sparring and training internally as we believe we can utilize our know-how efficiency if we approach issues and challenges from a diverse perspective. In addition, MAN Energy Solutions have outlined a project management career path. Therefore, we expect you to grow in this position.
