Are you ambitious and enthusiastic about managing grants with a global impact in a large philanthropic foundation? We are looking for a new colleague to join our Grant Management Area as a Grant Manager. The position is a maternity cover based in Hellerup, Denmark with an expected duration of 10 months.
As a Grant Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the professional handling of the Novo Nordisk Foundation’s grants. This includes setting up the right administrative framework for grants, drafting grant agreements, and more. You will play a key role as the backbone of the Foundation’s grant-awarding activities, working closely with colleagues across the Foundation to manage a portfolio of grants.

Your work will focus on the pre-award phase and continue throughout the active grant period to ensure seamless administration of the Foundation’s grants.
The Foundation is currently experiencing rapid growth and an increased focus on internationalisation. Consequently, in addition to managing a portfolio of grants, you will also be contributing to refining our procedures and enhancing our ways of working.

Professional and Personal Qualifications
The ideal candidate has 5 years’ experience in grant management or project administration, particularly involving collaboration across scientific and administrative areas within an organisation. You may have worked in a foundation, university, research institute, other grant-receiving institution, or government office.
