95% of all fashion brands don’t produce their own garments. At Son of a Tailor, we’re proud to be part of the other 5%.
Founded in Copenhagen in 2014, Son of a Tailor is one of the most pioneering menswear brands in operation today. With over one million products sold, we’ve redefined everyday essentials through custom-fit precision and a transformative made-to-order production model.
2025 marks a pivotal chapter for us as we evolve beyond our roots as a tech-forward brand to a tastemaker in menswear. With garments that balance unmatched craftsmanship and timeless design, our focus is on creating wardrobe staples that effortlessly fit into modern life – dressed up, down and about town.
To help us bring this vision to life, we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to initially help us shape and articulate the next stage of our journey, and then get rolling with bringing that conceptual work to life.
As our first dedicated Graphic Designer, you will join a growing creative marketing team (comprised of a Creative Video Producer, Senior Comms Manager, Art Director and team lead) to shape Son of a Tailor’s evolving identity. You’ll be stepping in at an exciting time, influencing the brand’s future direction, then getting down to business and executing on that vision.
This midweight role blends design with art direction, spanning digital and physical touchpoints to create a cohesive, premium brand experience. You’ll work on everything from digital campaigns and packaging to editorial content and in-store materials, ensuring every detail feels intentional.
You’ll have the autonomy to shape creative output while being supported in a collaborative, hierarchy-free environment.
Brand development & visual storytelling – Evolve and refine Son of a Tailor’s visual identity, ensuring it aligns with our strategic vision and brand values.
Art direction – Lead the visual execution of brand campaigns, guiding everything from concept development to final production across photoshoots, digital assets, and marketing materials.
Digital content – Create on-brand assets for web, social, email, and advertising, ensuring consistency across platforms.
… but also physical brand touchpoints – Design for offline experiences, from in-store materials to packaging and brand collateral.
Visual guidelines – Establish and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring clarity and consistency across the brand architecture.
Inspiration & innovation – Stay engaged with trends in design, art, fashion, and culture, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
2–6 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or art direction, ideally within fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Video editing is a plus.
A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for refined, visually impactful work.
Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
A collaborative, proactive mindset—excited to contribute ideas and iterate with the team.
Passionate about sustainability, quality craftsmanship, and thoughtful consumption.
A rare opportunity to shape the visual identity of a brand redefining menswear.
A creative, collaborative team environment in the heart of Copenhagen.
Competitive salary and benefits.
Six weeks of paid vacation.
A flexible working environment (we typically have Wednesdays as “work from anywhere” days).
The chance to work with a company committed to reimagining fashion through sustainability and innovation.
Sounds great but you don’t tick every box? Perhaps you have an extra skill to offer? We’d love to hear about your motivation and what you think you can offer—you might just be exactly what we didn’t know we needed.
Ready to join us? Please apply by attaching your CV, portfolio, and a brief cover letter explaining why you’re interested in working with us!
